The Bio-Geoscience Institute (previously Kananaskis Field Station) is located about 85 km west of Calgary on Highway 40. Take Highway 40 exit (Kananaskis Country) off the TransCanada. 
The turn-off to the Institute is 10.2 km south of the Trans-Canada Highway, opposite Barrier Lake. 
Registration is in dining room of the ATCO trailer, beside the car park.
